We maintain stock in many of our standard EternAloy® HNT powder grades and tools. Shipment of these stock items is typically less than 1 week. Non-stocked items and custom orders will have a longer lead time depending on current scheduling.

EternAloy® HNT products do cost more than traditional carbide materials, however, the incredible increase in performance allows for a very short return on investment.

EternAloy’s HNT Carbide powders can be processed in the same manner as conventional cemented carbide materials. The shrinkage and sintering parameters are close enough that typical carbide tooling sets can often be used. EternAloy® CarbideMax materials require consolidation through Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) or High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) consolidation.
