What is the typical lead time if I decide to purchase EternAloy® HNT products from EternAloy?We maintain stock in many of our standard EternAloy® HNT powder grades and tools. Shipment of these stock items is typically less than 1 week. Non-stocked items and custom orders will have a longer lead time depending on current scheduling.

How can EternAloy® HNT products be consolidated into solid parts?EternAloy’s HNT Carbide powders can be processed in the same manner as conventional cemented carbide materials. The shrinkage and sintering parameters are close enough that typical carbide tooling sets can often be used. EternAloy® CarbideMax materials require consolidation through Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) or High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) consolidation.
